A worthy thanksgiving

TEXT:  Philippians 1:1-11

Dr. Preston Graham remarked that "the church is not a spontaneous group of people who gather together weekly for a lifetime academy of self-absorption".  Then, what is the church?  Let's start with the head to focus on our "participation in the Gospel", verse 5.

"say to them [in the region where you travel], 'the kingdom of God has come near to you'" - Luke 10:9
